General Information
ATTENTION — Please review your receipt to be sure that you are scheduled for all events & times you wish, as this event will FILL QUICKLY. If you wish to add an event now is the time to do so.
REGISTRATION — Registration will be open Saturday, May 14th to Monday, May 16th from 10:00am to 4:00pm; Tuesday, May 17th to Thursday, May 19th from 7:00am to 5:00pm; Friday, May 20th from 7:00am to 1:00pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY — Deposits will be refunded up to 30 days prior to the shoot (April 15th, 2011) less a $25.00 clerical fee. Shoot management will consider emergency medical withdrawals accompanied by a written request for cancellations after that date.
PRACTICE & GAMES — will be open daily from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
ELIGBILITY — All participants must be a current member of NSCA. Membership applications will be accepted at the shoot. 500 registered targets must be shot in the 2011 target year, or you must shoot in a penalty class in all events. Penalty class is one class above your current classification.
CAMPSITES — A limited number of campsites are available. Prior arrangements must be made by calling the club at 856-935-1230. The fee is $45.00 per night with a 4-night minimum for full hook-up (water & electric); $25.00 per night no utilities.
SHOOT-OFFS — Shoot-offs will be held for Open Champion, Runner-up and Third, Class Champion, and Concurrent Champion ONLY. All other ties will be decided by total score on predetermined stations. No shoot-offs for FITASC Sub-Gauge.
PROTESTS — must be submitted, in writing, to Shoot Management by 5:00pm the day the incident took place. All protests must me made in accordance with NSCA or FITASC rules and will be decided by the Protest Committee whose decision will be final.
AMMUNITION — Current brands of ammunition will be available. NO RELOADS allowed in any event or game of this tournament.
PURSE AND OPTIONS — All purse, options and other payments will be mailed to the shooter. Scores will be posted and updated several times per day. Shooters are required to provide a social security number at the time of entry per IRS regulations.
OTHER INFORMATION — Shoot Management reserves the right to cancel any part of this program if conditions warrant. Management decisions are final. In accordance with NSCA Rules, Shoot Management may refuse any entry or cause the immediate withdrawal of any participant who annoys, endangers or interferes in any way with the harmony of the shoot or, in management's opinion, whose conduct is unsportsmanlike.
